The Davie County Rescue Squad was certified as a Heavy Rescue Squad within the State of North Carolina in May 2009. The Davie County Rescue Squad is certified in Ambulance Provider, Water Rescue, Dive Rescue, Open Water Rescue, and Swift Water Rescue.
